At LumaClear, we maintain strict quality control standards to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition.

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetic products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Refunds

LumaClear products are non-returnable and non-refundable once an order has been placed.

Because skincare products come into direct contact with skin, we cannot accept returns for any reason, including:

• Opened or unopened products
• Personal preference
• Skin reactions or sensitivities
• Dissatisfaction with results

This policy ensures the safety, integrity, and quality of all products we deliver.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it.

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer

Every person's skin is unique. Because of individual differences in skin type and sensitivity, LumaClear cannot guarantee compatibility with all skin types.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds due to skin reactions, irritation, or sensitivities.

We strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to full use.

Fraud Prevention

LumaClear reserves the right to refuse replacement requests that appear fraudulent or abusive.

Chargebacks filed for delivered products may be contested with supporting delivery documentation.
