Thank you for shopping with LumaClear. Below are the terms that govern shipping, delivery, and order fulfillment.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
LumaClear is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off for shipment.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure secure delivery at the destination.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
LumaClear is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Orders returned due to incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Marked as Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, LumaClear is no longer responsible for the package.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package:

Check with neighbors or household members

Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
LumaClear does not replace or refund orders marked as delivered.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 48 hours at info@lumaclear.us with photos of the package and contents so we can assist you.
International Shipping & Customs (if applicable)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
LumaClear is not responsible for customs delays.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
- Weather
- Customs processing
- Incorrect addresses
- Events outside our control
